We truly hope that you will love what you ordered from us, but we totally understand that things can happen. If you need to return or exchange something you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply send us an email letting us know and we will either exchange your item or issue you a refund.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive something that is damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order via email and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us. As long as we still have the item in stock, we will ship you a new one within a few days of receiving the damaged item back. If the item is out of stock, you have the option to keep it on backorder until it arrives, or we will refund your money. Just let us know which you prefer.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you receive something that does not fit quite right, you have the option to either return it for a full refund or we can send you a different size. Simply send us an email within 2 days of receiving your order and let us know what you prefer. We will send you our address to ship the item back to us and once we receive it, we will either ship you the new item or we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
For exchanges - We will send you the new size requested as soon as we receive the original item back from you. If for any reason, the item is out of stock, you have the option to keep it on backorder until it arrives (we will let you know how long we expect that to be), or we will refund your money. Just let us know via email which you prefer.
For refunds - Once we receive the item back from you, we will issue you a refund (less shipping) to the original payment method.
When shipping items back to us, we strongly suggest adding tracking information to be sure that we do receive it.
